I was born in Tehran, Iran. My Bachelor’s degree in plant protection and my Master’s degree in Agricultural Entomology gave me the knowledge of two important aspects of crop production, mean pest and disease management. Ten years of experience as crop advisor in Iran, gave me experience in different aspects of crop production in vegetables, fruit and nut trees. A great opportunity came to me in March 2016 to join Dr. Ferguson’s research group. Within involving in Pistachio projects I have learned a lot about conducting applied research trial and nut production in the San Joaquin Valley.
